Terms & Conditions — daraplay Player Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the daraplay platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before you play.
18+ Only Platform
daraplay is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is carried out during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to an underage person will be closed immediately and all funds returned subject to verification.
BDT Wallet — One Account
Each player may hold exactly one daraplay account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed, with bonuses forfeited. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT only.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the point of offer. Players must complete wagering before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements will result in bonus cancellation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your daraplay login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to support@daraplay immediately.
Fair Play Enforcement
Collusion, arbitrage betting, exploitation of software errors, use of automated bots or betting scripts, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. daraplay reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such activity is detected.
Terms May Be Updated
daraplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or registered email. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and daraplay ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the daraplay platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and support services.
By completing account registration on daraplay, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you:
- Have read and fully understood these Terms in their entirety;
- Agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy;
- Are of legal age to engage in online gambling in your jurisdiction (18 years of age or older);
- Are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
- Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the daraplay platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting support@daraplay.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of daraplay is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously during your use of the platform:
2.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any betting or gaming activity on daraplay. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. daraplay takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We employ age verification procedures at registration and during our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and we reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, we will:
- Suspend the account immediately pending verification;
- Withhold any withdrawal request until age is confirmed;
- If the account holder is confirmed to be underage, close the account permanently and return the deposited balance (net of any bonuses), provided no fraud has been detected.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility
daraplay is operated for and targeted at adult players in Bangladesh. By registering, you represent that you are permitted under the laws applicable to you to participate in online gaming and betting. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction. daraplay does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
2.3 Single Account Rule
Each individual person may register and maintain exactly one active account on daraplay. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified:
- All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice;
- Any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited;
- Winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided at daraplay's sole discretion;
- The original account may also be suspended pending investigation.
2.4 Prohibited Persons
The following persons are not permitted to register or hold an account on daraplay:
- Persons under the age of 18;
- Persons who have previously been self-excluded from daraplay;
- Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of daraplay or its affiliated game providers, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest;
- Persons using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
Section 3
Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements
To register an account on daraplay, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method (mobile number or email address). You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
daraplay reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
daraplay operates a formal KYC process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed or at any other point during your account lifetime:
- Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence;
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months;
- Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other payment method used is registered in your name.
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified in our verification request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved. daraplay will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from a player's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.
3.3 Account Credentials
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your daraplay username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any action taken on the platform using your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@daraplay.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
daraplay currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:
- bKash (mobile financial service)
- Nagad (mobile financial service)
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
- Upay (UCB mobile financial service)
- Visa debit and credit cards
- Mastercard debit and credit cards
All transactions on daraplay are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by daraplay. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.
4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing
The minimum deposit amount on daraplay is ৳200 per transaction for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposits via card may vary. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your daraplay wallet within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. daraplay is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or mobile network issues.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practice.
For verified accounts in good standing with no pending security review, daraplay targets same-business-day processing of withdrawal requests submitted before 10 PM BST (UTC+6). Requests submitted after 10 PM will be processed the following business day. daraplay does not guarantee processing times where:
- KYC verification is incomplete or pending;
- The account is subject to a fraud or AML review;
- Active bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled;
- The payment provider is experiencing scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
4.4 Prohibited Transactions
Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the player's own name are prohibited. daraplay will return such deposits (net of any applicable transfer fees) and may suspend the account pending investigation. Using the daraplay platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming — including any form of money laundering, structuring, or financial fraud — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotions Policy
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
From time to time, daraplay offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which are supplementary to and governed by these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless an offer explicitly states "no wagering requirement", all bonuses credited to a daraplay account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be stated on the individual promotion page. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement in full before any balance derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in automatic cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated, promotional bonuses are available to one individual per household, IP address, device, and payment account. daraplay reserves the right to withhold or reclaim a bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the offer has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, or where abuse of the promotional system is suspected.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry date as stated on the individual promotion. Unmet wagering requirements that expire will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being removed from the account automatically. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus status and expiry dates via their account dashboard.
5.5 Seasonal Promotions
daraplay may run enhanced promotional offers aligned with key dates in the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) cricket, the T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Specific terms for each seasonal promotion will be published on the platform in advance. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus conditions outlined in this section.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on daraplay are subject to acceptance at the platform's discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the system. In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or system error during bet placement, daraplay will investigate the circumstances and apply a fair resolution, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake.
6.2 Sports Betting Markets
daraplay offers pre-match and live in-play sports betting markets including, but not limited to, cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Market availability and odds are subject to change up to and including the commencement of the relevant event. Live in-play odds may be suspended at any time during an event at daraplay's discretion.
In the event of an obvious error in published odds — including but not limited to odds that are clearly mispriced relative to the true probability of an outcome — daraplay reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes to the affected players' wallets.
6.3 Casino & Slots Games
All casino games available on daraplay — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles — use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in individual game information panels. daraplay does not alter or override the RTP settings established by game providers.
6.4 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on daraplay and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools;
- Collusion with other players or daraplay personnel;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
- Arbitrage betting in a manner designed to circumvent risk controls;
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting outcomes;
- Any form of cheating, fraud, or misrepresentation.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on daraplay. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or within each game interface. daraplay reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at any time, including in response to identified patterns of play that present unacceptable risk to the platform.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your daraplay account at any time by contacting our support team at support@daraplay. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining in your wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no active security review is in progress.
Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure should review the self-exclusion tools available on the Responsible Gaming page before submitting a closure request.
7.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure
daraplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation;
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
- Underage gambling confirmed or strongly suspected;
- Use of prohibited betting software or automated tools;
- Multiple account operation;
- Any behaviour deemed by daraplay to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward staff or other players.
Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or breach of Terms, daraplay reserves the right to withhold the account balance in full. Where closure is for other reasons, the confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonuses and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the player following completion of any required investigation.
7.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. daraplay will send a notification to the registered email or mobile number prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be archived. Dormant accounts with a remaining balance will be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳50 per month after the dormancy threshold is reached, until the balance is exhausted or the player reactivates the account by logging in.
Section 8
Responsible Gaming Obligations
8.1 Player Responsibility
daraplay is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. By using daraplay, you acknowledge that:
- Gambling outcomes are determined by chance and past results do not indicate future outcomes;
- You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and the financial consequences thereof;
- You will only gamble with funds you can afford to lose;
- You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
8.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools
daraplay provides the following tools to support responsible play, accessible from your account settings at any time:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
- Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
- Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period;
- Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and restrict re-registration for a minimum period of six months.

8.3 Platform Safeguards
In addition to player-controlled tools, daraplay maintains internal safeguards including monitoring for patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling. Where such patterns are identified, our responsible gaming team may reach out proactively to offer information and support. We reserve the right to impose temporary account restrictions in the interests of player welfare, even absent a formal player request.
8.4 General Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, daraplay provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malware. daraplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which daraplay operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to daraplay's internal dispute resolution process.
